Campbells Cove Provincial Park

Situated at the northeastern shore of the Prince Edward Island, the Campbells Cove Provincial Park plays host to the misty Atlantic beach and trails for rugged hiking. Known for its camping grounds and lush meadows, the Campbells Cove Provincial Park attracts numerous tourists from all over Canada, who spend their weekends on cottages and self made tents on these verdant green fields. Connecting the park is Route 16 roadway that covers most of the Prince Edward Island.

The Campbells Cove Provincial Park sits pretty over 600 ft. off the north shoreline. The view from the top is breathtaking. You can literally feel the ocean currents pounding you ears, day and night long. With spectacular sunrises and sunsets, this provincial park provides the ideal getaway for friends and family.

Sheltering the ocean, you will find 4 camp cabins and 30 un-serviced resting sites. The park also contains a few shops that are open all day long. Here you will find beach wears, seafood, hiking gear and much more. Just above the white sand, the rugged hills provide visitors the ideal place to go hiking. The undulating trails break through the forest and marsh meadows finally reaching the plains.

The park is open all day long and tired tourist can find shelter on the 5 restroom facilities that can be found on the beach. The park provides 24/7 staffing to all visitors and also extend cottage facilities to visitors who want to drop by for the night.
